The Products
Waste streams go in … and what comes out?
There are three main products that result from the TGE PlasmaFuel™ Process.
TGE PlasmaFuel™ is the trade marked name for the clean liquid fuels produced by transforming feedstock materials using proven conversion technologies.
TGE PlasmaFuel™ will reduce our dependency on foreign oil, reduce environmental degredation from oil and gas exploration and production, save us from dirty coal, and prevent dangerous global supply interuptions.
TGE SynMelt™ is the feedstock for conversion into various building materials that can be used in many ways such as quality insulation and fire proofing in construction and other industries. Insulating to proper economically efficient levels helps our homes and businesses use substantially less energy. SynMelt™ insulation products reduce construction and energy costs in homes, businesses and manufacturing facilities.
One of the many applications of SynMelt™ is "rock wool". Health and safety research on rock wool has been ongoing for nearly seventy years. NAIMA (North American Insulation Manufacturers Association
) member companies have invested tens of millions of dollars in research projects with leading independent laboratories and universities in the United States and abroad. SynMelt™ fibers actually improve the indoor environment by controlling heat loss or gain while reducing condensation and also providing acoustical insulation. Once these products are installed, no significant fiber release occurs (as is the problem with asbestos).
TGE GreenSteel™ is like any other steel, with all the same qualities; however, this steel is recovered from waste and is recycled for beneficial reuse. That means that GreenSteel™ does not deplete the earth's precious raw materials.
