- Founder of TransGreen Energy.
- Since 1974 Joseph has been in the energy and technology sectors, including program development roles with Westinghouse, Transamerica Delaval, Cooper-Rolls, Cogen Technologies founded by Robert McNair with Exxon and General Electric
- Served as Vice President of Commercial Operations for Ohio Clean Fuels, a $500 million clean coal project developed for the U.S. Department of Energy
- Primary focus has been on the project development and integration of energy systems, with completed power, refinery, chemical, offshore and pipeline projects in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia
Ken Malik, Special Advisor, Alliance Administration
- More than 30 years of diverse executive leadership experience in domestic and international markets including consumer electronics, office equipment, contract office furniture and industrial distribution.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic & business planning, marketing, product development, sales, product management, factory operations, quality systems and acquisitions.
- Responsibilities include contract negotiations, administration of the strategic alliance partners agreements, business planning, quality management / continuous improvement and directing the feed stock initiatives
William Kessler, Director, Business Development
- More than 40 years of executive-level experience in creating markets for products, including Velcro Industries NV and plastics manufacturer LDM Technologies
- Responsible for market and product research and development for LDM Technologies and Velcro with combined P&L responsibilities in excess of $600 million
- Led the transformation of LDM Technologies into a leading provider of value-added product solutions to the automotive industry
Phil Cavanagh, Director, Government Affairs
- More than 20 years in Michigan politics; proponent of next generation solutions to Michigan's economic and environmental challenges
- Registered lobbyist with the State of Michigan and a strong proponent of next generation solutions to Michigan’s economic and environmental challenges.
- Serves as Vice-Chair of the Southeast Michigan Council of Government, a regional planning partnership of government serving 4.9 million people in the seven-county region of Southeast Michigan striving to enhance the region's quality of life.
